Fees for Individual Therapy Sessions

* Initial consultation session for individuals is $150.00 to be paid at time of session
* Each subsequent individual session is $120.00 to be paid at time of each session

Reduced rate packages available when purchasing multiple individual or couple/family sessions at same time.  Please call to inquire.

Fees for Couples/Family Therapy Sessions

* Initial consultation session for couples/family is $185.00 to be paid at time of session
* Each subsequent couples/family session is $135.00 to be paid at time of each session

Is insurance accepted?

At this time, Dr. Sanchez is an in network and EAP provider with Cigna and LifeSynch (Humana).  He is an in-network provider for MHN (HealthNet), MultiPlan, PHCS and ValueOptions (TriCare).  He is a Blue Cross Blue Shield certified, non-network provider.

For out of network services, you will need to pay for the services and then get reimbursed from your insurance carrier.  Dr. Sanchez can provide you with documentation that you can submit to your insurance carrier for self-reimbursement. It is your responsibility to complete your claim form, attach the statement we can provide and forward it to your insurance carrier.   You will need to call your insurance company to ask about your mental health "out-of-network" benefits to see what, if anything, is covered/reimbursed, how many sessions you can use in a year, and what your deductible is. 

If you call 48 hours or more before your appointment, you can reschedule your appointment with Dr. Sanchez at the earliest available session. If you call with less than 48 hours and it is not an emergency, you will be charged for your full session.
